The Town of Concrete and the Skagit County Regional Fire Authority, together with the Skagit County Department of Emergency Management, will host an open house at Concrete Town Hall on August 21 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We will be gathering public input on the proposed mitigation actions for our Hazard Mitigation Plan update. This Plan outlines the various hazards facing Skagit County and details each partner agency’s proposed actions to help reduce those risks.
